Yes. I do not outsource any of the work I receive. All of your project will be handled and coded by me personally. I appreciate your need for full control over your project and I am here for you to achieve that.
Thanks for landing on my page. Most of my work comes from agencies and these days I very rarely work with end-clients. I have found that working with professional designers and marketing specialists, being one part of a larger-picture suits me much better and I can specialise in what I'm good at.
A lot of my work is cleaning up after agencies' bad experiences with freelance developers. I can assure you that you're in safe and experienced hands.
The 'bread and butter' of my work tends to be WordPress and Magento. I really like taking on more complex projects such as Laravel and Symphony as I enjoy a challenge and prefer MVC Frameworks in general.

A unique feature I offer to agencies is the use of my interactive CRM. It is a project management tool but also a system where you can track, manage and rate different parts of your project. For example, if you don't like certain elements you can click on the page and make notes for me to review.
One the project is completed I will do a quality assessment and testing check. Once you are happy with the final project, you pay the balance and the site / app will be made live.
I created my CRM in a modular fashion over the years. It stemmed from need rather than design. Everything from your specification, timescale, milestones, project notes, revisions, files, secure passwords etc are all in one place. You can also see publish history for your project as it's being developed.
In the light of transparency, the tool also allows you to see when I've been working on your project, how many hours I've taken and what I've been working on.

Industry standard: 50% upfront and 50% balance on completion of the projects. This can be looked at on a project-by-project basis (e.g. small projects may not incur a deposit and larger project may require milestones). I'm flexible when it comes to your invoice terms so please let me know if you have any concerns.
As I'm sure you're aware as an agency, discretion is very important on my part. As such, I cannot reveal the agencies I am or have worked with. However I do have a number of contacts in different agencies who are happy to provide references so please let me know and I can organise that for you before we work together.
Unfortunately not. Due to other commitments with on-going clients and long-term projects I will be unable to work from your office. However, I am easily contactable all day and you will always be able to see live updates via your account in the Codeburo CRM.
Yes. I am able to come to meetings for projects which have already been awarded to me or are non-speculative. I do not routinely go to meetings for introductions or instructions as this can be done via telephone, Skype or email. For long-distance meetings (i.e outside of Greater Manchester) I will require my travel expenses paid for if I agree to attend a meeting.
